Our #1 priority is to deliver our customers the freshest, most delicious food every time. With that in mind we realize there is potential to create a large amount of waste. It is our goal to leave the smallest footprint possible by using the most bio degradable, eco friendly products available.

 

FOOD TRUCK & CATERING

Sagebrush Grille is currently taking reservations for all of your local music festivals, family events, parties, wedding events, and everything in between. We would love to come and give you a little taste of "the best in the west."

On March 28th 2016, Jamie and Amy purchased a food trailer to start Sagebrush Grille - a traveling kitchen and catering company based out of Jackson Hole, Wyoming.

Jamie and Amy met years ago at a time when neither one knew exactly what they wanted out of life. Amy was just closing the doors of her longtime business and brainchild “The Mug Shot Espresso,” due to a series of unfortunate land development issues. Fed up with multiple re-locating attempts and coffee corporations competing in the same 3 blocks, it was time to take a step back.

Jamie was at the tail end of a four-year stint at a local fine dining establishment, as a line cook. Just another stop in a long list of cooking/chef/catering positions all over the western US, all the while pursuing a career in snowboarding.

Since the closing of Mugshot and a brief step back from the kitchen, Amy and Jamie have been focused on raising their two boys Dax (sous chef in training) and Kayson (the sauce chemist), while planning their next adventures with the Sagebrush Grille food truck.
